Product specification data is now available within NBS Plus for the Cadet 3, which features a 3-part folding wooden loft ladder fitted to an insulated loft hatch.

Premier Loft Ladders has recently released technical data for the Cadet 3 loft ladder within NBS Plus. Therefore, it is easier for architects and designers to specify this cost effective loft access solution. The product data can be found within section L30 (clause 41 and clause 421).
The Cadet 3 features a traditional wooden loft ladder. However, it is fitted within an insulated hatch box, offering a U value of 0.90 W/m2K. As such, it helps to keep in the warmth and lower heating costs. In addition, the hatch also provides an airtight seal (Class 4 certified).
The loft ladder features wide treads with a non-slip profile. Also, it is supplied ready to install with handrail for safety, protective feet, snap-on architrave/cover strips and mounting screws. Available in a range of standard sizes.
