If you have your own vertical wall hatch and require only a loft ladder, then the Elite Vertical or Piccolo Premium Vertical are ideal. These are vertical installation versions of Premier Loft Ladders’ popular space saving concertina loft ladders. A dampened hinge mechanism allows the ladders to be positioned behind a vertical wall hatch (or on top of a mezzanine floor) when not in use.
