Made-to-measure
We understand that buildings come in all shapes and sizes, and that standard-size loft ladders won’t be suitable for everyone. The Quadro has therefore been designed to meet the need for made-to-measure loft ladders. Suitable for floor-to-ceiling heights from 1.95m to 3.44m, and for openings as small as 1m x 0.5m, the Quadro is suitable for a very wide range of applications.
Latest technology
The Quadro benefits from classic wooden loft ladder styling, but that does not mean it is old fashioned! Instead the hatch incorporates the same multi-point latching system as that found on the Designo loft ladder. As a result, the Quadro offers an airtight seal. This is combined with a high-level of insulation that achieves a U value of 0.77 W/m²K, therefore helping to keep in the warmth and reduce energy costs.

Good to know
Finally, a load rating of 150kg per tread (350kg for the overall structure) and manufacture to EN14975 ensure safe access to your loft. Anti-slip wide treads and handrail further enhance both safety and comfort.
