The Isotec Electric fire rated loft ladder offers superb fire protection and thermal insulation. With up to 120 minutes fire resistance ( EI2120 ) and a heavy duty load rating. The fully-automatic low-noise electric loft ladder is controlled via a wall-mounted switch or optional infrared remote control. As such, access to the loft is very easy. Furthermore, high thermal insulation and an airtight seal make it a good choice for low carbon buildings.
