Loft hatch latch for wooden door and frame. Spring-loaded push-to-close catch that is released by pulling on the eyebolt.
Also suitable for use with the Supreme heavy duty loft ladder (non-fire rated wooden hatch box) as a spare/replacement part.
Supplied with an escutcheon (for eyebolt hole) and strike plate.
