This high quality flat roof access hatch with wooden ladder is supplied as a ready to fit unit. It features an insulated and weather resistant roof hatch with galvanised steel finish. In addition, the insulated and airtight (class 4 certified) lower trap-door incorporates a classic folding wooden loft ladder.

* There must be a minimum distance of 150mm between the finish roof surface and the top of the hatch box. Therefore the maximum roof thickness for a standard unit is 600mm.
Made-to-measure…
The flat roof access hatch with wooden ladder is also available made-to-measure for floor-to-ceiling heights from 2.2 m to 3.15 m, and opening sizes from 1100 mm long x 610 mm wide. The hatch box height/depth can be anything between 630 mm and 1660 mm.
