Roof access hatch, offering very high thermal insulation and an airtight seal. Furthermore, the hatch is thermally separated from the frame. Manufactured from aluminium, with RAL 7016 ‘Anthracite Grey’ powder cost finish on the outside, and RAL 7047 ‘Telegrey 4’ on the inside.
Gas struts make opening and closing the hatch easy. In addition, the strut can be locked in the open position to help prevent accidental closure while in use. The roof access hatch is also secured with a Euro-profile cylinder lock (accessible from inside and outside) and supplied with three keys.
Currently available with internal opening dimensions of 1400mm long x 700mm wide. As such, this works particularly well with products such as the Supreme and Ecco concertina loft ladders, but is also compatible with many other loft ladders.
