Premier Loft Ladders have recently added the Eurostep loft ladder to their product range. It is manufactured in Austria and designed for use in a wide variety of situations, including both residential and commercial.
The Eurostep features an airtight and insulated hatch, which offers a U-value of 0.70 W/m2K. It is therefore very good at maintaining the warmth in the building. The hatch is also certified for 30-minutes fire-resistance, making it suitable for use in multi-occupancy buildings or in a commercial situation where protection from fire is essential. Furthermore, the high-strength ladder provides a load rating of 250kg per tread, which makes it suitable for even the most demanding projects.
This high-performance loft ladder is available in a range of standard sizes that are ideal for new-build projects, or it can be made-to-measure to fit an existing aperture. It is also available with an optional galvanised finish, which offers improved resistance to corrosion and makes it an ideal solution for use in environments that suffer higher humidity.
