The Isostair steel loft ladder offers excellent thermal insulation and a heavy-duty load rating. As such it is great for commercial and industrial projects, as well as more demanding residential applications. In addition, high thermal insulation make it a good choice for low carbon buildings. The Isostair also benefits from large treads (360 mm wide by 120 mm deep) for safety and comfort.

- Gasket seals to stop cold draughts and loss of warm air
- Available in standard hatch sizes for floor-to-ceiling heights between 2500 mm and 2750 mm

- Wide steps / treads with anti-slip profile for comfort and safety

Optional Features
- Can be ordered with a secondary upper hatch for applications requiring particularly high levels of thermal insulation and to protect against dust.

Expected life
- 30 years or more when correctly installed and maintained.
Recyclability
- Steel and gasket seals are all recyclable at the end of the ladder’s life.
- Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) insulating foam can be recycled into new extruded polystyrene.
