The LWT Loft Ladder has been designed for use in energy-efficient buildings. The folding wooden loft ladder is contained within, and attached to, an insulated wooden hatch box. Furthermore, three separate seals provide an an airtight seal when the trapdoor is closed. As a result, the LWT loft ladder helps to lower heat loss.
