The LWT Passive House Loft Ladder has been designed for use in passive buildings. The folding wooden loft ladder is contained within, and attached to, an insulated wooden hatch box. Furthermore, three separate seals provide an an airtight seal when the trapdoor is closed.
The LWT Passive House is supplied with a kit to provide an insulated seal with the ceiling and minimise thermal bridges.
