The LMF 120 fire resistant loft ladder is a great option for projects that require extra long protection from fire. It tested for 120 minutes from below and above in concrete ceilings. Furthermore, the steel ladder has a high load-bearing capacity of 200kg per tread.
The steel frame hatch box is available in a range of sizes. Also, it is designed for quick installation.
