The LET electric scissor loft ladder is supplied as a fully-assembled unit within an insulated and sealed hatch box. It is operated by either remote control or WIFI – the control kit must be specified when ordering. It also comes complete with a wired-switch that features a security/safety lock, which disables the ladder and prevents unintentional/unauthorised activation.

Ceiling heights of 2250mm to 2450mm achieved by removing two treads. Alternatively, ceiling heights of 2450mm to 2700mm can be achieved by removing one tread. This is done on-site during installation.
If required, a maximum ceiling height of 3400mm can be accommodated by fitting additional treads. These need to be ordered separately for fitting to the ladder during installation. Please contact us to discuss your requirements prior to ordering.
- Manufactured and tested to EN 14975 (by manufacturer).
- The ladder is supplied with a manufacturer’s 3-year warranty, while he control kit is covered by a 2-year warranty.
