The LWL Extra Loft Ladder is a timber loft ladder that has been specially designed for higher ceilings (from 2.6m to 3.05m). It features a double handrail, with one attached to the top section of the ladder, and another fitted to the middle section. In addition, a spring mechanism on the ladder helps make folding and un-folding the ladder particularly easy.
The white hatch comes with 5cm of insulation that provides a U-value of 0.74 W/m2K
