The Classic Twinsafe Type F30

3 part folding or 2 part sliding wooden ladder complete with ready fitted hatchbox and trapdoor. The trapdoor is 30 minute fire resistant to both sides.

There is a maximum floor to ceiling height of 3200 mm. The hatch opening length range is 1100 mm to 1500 mm and the width range is 570 mm to 800 mm
