As with the "Supreme", this is a conventional stairway with horizontal trapdoor but this model is designed for the smaller hatch opening.

The Mini is also supplied as a ready to fit unit comprising of a counter balance sprung aluminium alloy stairway contained within, and attached to a laminated wood hatchbox and insulated trapdoor. The trapdoor is white coated on the top side and the underside.
