This is a 3 part wooden folding stairway, hand crafted from specially selected kiln dried pine.

Simple and easy to use, the stairway when folded away sits on top of a spring loaded trapdoor within the ready-assembled wooden hatch lining.

Options can include a weatherproof roof hatch, 30 or 90 minute fire resistant casings, insulated trapdoor etc.    

Installation is also very straightforward - simply screw through the lining into the joists or other chosen fixing points.

The stairway is supplied complete with operating pole and hook together with architrave to pin onto the bottom of the lining, thus ensuring a neat and attractive finish.
