This is available as either a 3 part wooden folding stairway loft ladder or a 2 part sliding ladder, hand crafted from specially selected kiln dried pine.

Simple and easy to use, the stairway sits on top of a spring loaded trapdoor within the ready-assembled wooden hatch lining.

The maximum floor to ceiling height is 3150mm for the 3 part folding model or 3350mm for the 2 part

sliding model. This will require a minimum opening length of 1400mm. Please note that the 2 part sliding ladder will require around 1500mm of clear space in the loft to the hinged end of the hatchbox to allow the ladder to be stowed when not in use.

Options (for the 3 part folding ladder) can include a weatherproof roof hatch, 30 or 90 minute fire resistant casings, insulated trapdoor etc.    

Installation is also very straightforward - simply screw through the lining into the joists or other chosen fixing points.

The stairway is supplied complete with operating pole and hook together with architrave to pin onto the bottom of the lining, thus ensuring a neat and attractive finish.
